found a padded bag big enough to accommodate a 502 no longer will my uncle's old stove be wrapped in an old pillowcase inside a plastic carrier bag larger than a standard bag got another for this old thing but I never use it - honest - no really - never would not dream of it
That's a bit of a relief. Carp can taste pretty good, but I've always considered them to be fish with built-in toothpicks. ....Arch
Over here all fishing methods are permitted for carp and you are not allowed to put them back. As long as no other fish are harmed even magneto and carbide fishing is allowed. Same with catfish
sounds like they are an invasive species in nz - over here lake owners have a problem with Polish anglers who take the best fish home and EAT them considered very bad form I might add

It was chipped beef. It was NEVER as good as the recipe the marine sent you. Probably his own variation. I am sure there are many variations. I have a black nylon bag very similar to the Trakker. It just fits my 8R and other cooking gear seen in my avatar. Found in a thrift store, I did a reverse search on Google to find the source. Turned out to be part of an Evenflo baby bottle storage kit! Basil
padded cases are well worth finding - I have been after such a case for a 502 for a number of years, beats me why they make the bag that big, it is intended for coleman stoves popular with anglers but way too big for a modern stove
Going to measure my Phoebus 725 - looks like a great bag in the lowest version for this stove. Unless better recommendations for the 725 should come up(?)
