This stove runs off of propane.
    It is unmarked.
My guess is that it is made in Germany
    Thank you all in advance

    welcome randy,
The pot support's attach point is the center of the burner, not sure I've seen that before and doesn't strike me as finest german engineering, fwiw.

I may well be wrong (you can hope I am) but this type burner may not spark much interest here on the camp stove site?
Oddly enough, I do think your VW bus will be of interest :content: .

I want for you that some details re your burner do emerge here.

If interest in the burner does happen to fade away, I hope, before you exit our site that you might post image(s) of your VW?
    thx omc

PS randy, pardon my drift: While we hope all is well I will reach out to fellow stovie @magikbus whom we've not heard from as of late.

I do have a nice collection of vintage camp stoves myself so I do not plan on going anywhere

I am amazed at the number of different stoves in the world!!
I just know that someone here can help me identify this vw camper bus stove. I do not own the one in this picture. I am looking for one that is missing in my vw bus. I have the complete wood cabinet with the lid. Someone removed the stove before I acquired the bus

    Hello Randy,

I am helping to restore a historic 1958 VW Bus, one of only three known to exist. I am in search of this exact stove. By any chance would you have one to sell? I am new to this forum and do not know how to email you privately, so I apologize if this should be done through a different page. Thank you for your time.

I had a 58 panel van that I took in trade for work. Engine toast, needed rocker panels, nothing that couldn't be fixed. Sold it when I was in college....

PA070675.JPG I have a 58 Westfalia camper with the furniture still in it, but it really needs a lot of help (rust from Michigan). I always wondered what that box was for since mine is missing all the hardware. Thanks for the post.
