I've been after a Hiker+ for a while now and despite the bent fuel line this unfired example was too good to miss.

That bent fuel line is an easy fix. May crack some paint but now worries or just leave it like it is. I like the one I have.
    It is a good stove.

After a discussion with Bernie Dawg on his YouTube channel about steel tank versions of the Hiker+ I discovered mine is a brass tank version, preferable in my opinion.

Very nice set - I do envy you that old Lantern!
You can re-enforce the auto-jet pricking mechanism by changing the original rather weak magnet to a Neodym Magnet - makes it works every time!

@Harder D. Soerensen nice tip thanks, and funnily enough I have a few spare after I used some for holding needles on a stitching pony for my leatherwork.

I had one of these for a while - read about the auto-pricker and discovered the original magnet didn’t always work. After changing to Neodym - it was much more reliant.
