I've not been able to find one quite as ornate. :-) Wife and I go "thrifting" every Tuesday, as this is Senior day and they give a 50% off discount to us old folk. :-) We went on a Monday and ... we found all of this excepting the enamel serving/holding pan. When we got home and realized we didn't have it... Having found the water bath and the rest for a tenner, we rushed back, roughly ten miles and Eureka! We found the nice enamel serving pan! ( for seven dollars more... no point in trying to tell the employees that the two had been separated. :-( ) Still, for 17.00 usd + tax, we acquired this beautiful silver plated Manning Bowman chaffing dish and alky burner! :-) It's gracing a high shelf for now. :-) Anyone know how to prime them?? :-)
This catalog shows a lot of early models of the M B chaffing dish sets and their accessories. I think I've found a new "thing"... ;-) Going back to see if one of the stag horn utensils is still at the thrift store. I looked right at it and didn't know it went with this set! :-) https://archive.lib.msu.edu/DMC/sliker/msuspcsbs_manb_manningbow2/msuspcsbs_manb_manningbow2.pdf --- 52 pages of early chaffing dish products, with RECIPES! :-)
