Camping gaz canister adaptor.

Edelrid used to do an adaptor that allowed gas canister stoves to use the cv Campingaz canisters where the screw on canisters are difficult to find. I cannot seem to find this anywhere, and it could be discontinued. Is there an alternative?Action Outdoors Edelrid Valve Cartridge Adapter

At first I thought you meant pierceable cartridge-to-screw fitting type. I guess the market’s moved on!

I think i have seen something similar to the one in your picture and they are still available. I was never a fan of those canisters as you cannot remove them until empty. But they are cheaper than the Lindel valve type.

 

@Tacho D is there a special reason you need to use CG carts?

 

I few years ago while motorcycle touring in France and Switzerland the Campingaz canisters were more common and easier to find.

 

@Tacho D, I've not checked Alidoodah but Kovea appear to do one, but as it's Kovea it aint cheap.
