These observations are based on the small number of jets on hand that were measured, not based on catalog specs. The "M" is what I found most interesting.

G-Jet "Stamped G" from Base Camp - 2 measured with .37mm drill bit.
Factory Jet from 111B - 3 measured with .37mm drill bit.
M-Jet "Stamped M" from 111C - .30mm drill bit would "NOT" fit but .28mm pricker did.
2509 Jet from Optimus rebuild kit - .30mm drill bit fit, but .35mm would not - Don't have .32mm yet.

Does anyone else have an "M" that can be measured?

Seems .28mm would run bluer on kerosene than one that is .32mm.

My .28 would not fit the "M" jet but my .26 would. I have some "G" and unmarked jets for the 111's, 22's. Would have to measure those. Was tinkering over the weekend with my 00's, 210. Changed all the jets, they run blue now, but in checking old threads here, they are supposed to take .32 jets. Will try one stove, can't see them running blue with that size.

Hi, here is a comment on Op.111b jet aperture size from an old thread:

Hi @hikerduane . The Op.00 and Pr.210 are designed to use a 0.32mm apeture jet. Some people find it surprising that such one-pint capacity stoves should use the same size jets as much larger and more powerful stoves. However, jet size is only one variable in determining the heat output of a burner system:

I'd like to add a bit to this, after the war someone had the idea to sell 1-pinters (N°s 00, 210,21, 121 & so on)with smaller (0.23mm) jets in order to save fuel. In fact it only resulted in a weaker flame thus needing more time to boil water/heat up your meal. Result: zero savings fuel wise but loss of time. Also, the Primus N°71 has been changing jet sizes from 0.32mm to 0.23mm and back.

    Best regards,

    Wim

I had researched jet/nipple sizes and found the one on the .32mm size. Like the all blue flame, kinda pale blue, will switch them back tomorrow maybe, slow process using my small jointed tool. I have a good assortment now.

I'm saving the M jet for when I finally get a 111T or maybe a 111/7. It will probably be my only Kero burner.

Just ordered 3 more G jets from Base Camp. The ones that arrived were unmarked and when questioned Base Camp said they were post Katadyn and the G marked were Optimus.

They were all .32mm not .37mm like the previous 3 so I've contacted Base Camp.

Worst case is I can drill them out. Looks like the G-Stamped are out of stock.

Would you happen to have an extra M jet?
Or smaller .23-.26 jet to fit Optimus 7r or 111T B ect?

No worries. I got an 8r project going and I need a smaller jet.

I have some jets. And a needle with .28mm diameter. That needle is tight on some of my unmarked and "M" marked jets, those jets make the bluest flame on my 111T. On my 111 roarer makes the jets that have bigger diameter than the .28 m duameter needle the best effect, the same jets make yellow flame on 111T.

Has the 111 and the 111T exact the same jet diameter?
