A couple weeks ago I scored a Svea 106. It was barn fresh and covered with dirt, but after a cursory cleaning, rinsing the tank, and oiling the leather, it fired right up. I wrote to Doc Mark seeking advice and asking if I needed a new jet because the flame was very yellow. He recommended running a couple tanks of fuel through it before getting too nervous about the jet. His theory was that there could be residue of old fuel, cleaning agent, and general crud coloring the flame. Damned if he wasn’t right! It wasn’t long before the flame was much more normal, but somewhat lopsided. Unfortunately, I couldn’t leave well enough alone. I pricked it, shot carburetor cleaner through it, and de-burred it to no avail. The Fettlebox provided a new jet which improved the flame pattern, but it leaked at the base. During use, the leak would spontaneously ignite and affect the flame above. I was surprised that there was no gasket between the jet and u-tube which is clearly intended to be a gas tight joint. While looking for an answer in the forum, I read where one member suggested high temperature anti-seize on the jet threads for easy removal later, but also as a type of thread seal. Following this advice, the leak was diminished, but still remained. This would have been a good time to stop and reassess, but I didn’t. “Maybe it just needs to be tightened just a little bit more“...well, you know how that usually ends up...the last tweak was too much and now the threads are pooched. Presumably, it is even too late for one of Base Camp’s 2500T tapered jets... Short of sil-braze, it looks like I need to search for a new burner. If that is the case, is there a cross reference for a burner that might fit? Even better...maybe this could be Frankenstoved into a silent burner! Comments?
The regular "swedish No.1" roarers should be similar according to fogas.se. Original burner is Sievert 811.

Why is it too late? The 2500T fixed my Radius when I had the same problem. It's worth having 1 in your toolbox.
New burners can be expensive. If you are in contact with Base Camp, you might consider one of their New Old Stock "Prince No.1" roarer burners. These date from the 1940s and were made by the well-known Swedish Co. of KF Erikssons of Eskilstuna, Sweden. This company made excellent blowlamps as well as stoves. Best Regards, Kerophile.
