8R to strip down or not to strip down

got this today, runs ish, but will not turn of, do i have to strip the on and off bit out and the needle out to re- position it

Second post down. The 123R cleaning needle adjustment is similar to that of an 8R.

 

will try that tomorrow, if i do it now, i will be borred tomorrow, with naff all to do

 

You have to turn by the right side, not the left.
