Just received that for a fair price. It included a (newer) fuel bottle, an aluminum cup, a bag (original?) And the maintenance kit and a second pump. The very friendly seller bought it in 1988 in Toronto, Kanada. He also sent me a post card, presumably also from 1988. The other X-GK is from 1983 with self made pot stand. Both are real roarers!! @Sternenlicht , Bastian, I do love those MSR X-GK stoves, in all their varieties!! Nicely photographed, and looking great, yours appear to be working perfectly! Long time I didn't like the MSR stoves and their plastic pumps. But now I have several stoves from MSR, all with that "flimsy" grey pump. All of them are older than 30 years and still work fantastic. So they cannot be that bad as many people say...! And simmering IS possible with the old pumps. For a short period I had a new Whisperlite International with the newest MSR pump, a step backwards! Ok, the pump seems to be very robust, but not that fine regulation as the much older pumps. Only off and full power... Strange policy. Yes, they are louder than my loved Varifuel. But only the photos have been favorably, the seller used them a lot it seems Ciao, Bastian
@Sternenlicht Looks great. I have a Primus OmniFuel, it roars, it simmers, it uses a range of fuels, I love it. I have not seen one of these x-gk's in real life, only the whisperlite. I think the Primus is way better than the Whisper but maybe the X-GK is a match? Enjoy the stove. Cheers J
