    Hi all Antony is 9 yrs old and he loves paraffin lamps and stoves and this Christmas i got him this REX stove, he does need a part if anyone can save me from havening to make it for him ?

    he is some photos and he will do more as he progresses he is also doing a road lamp on the sister forum

    Looks like it’s missing the chimney mounting hinge casting with the perforated air grille.

    I think its called a gallery ? bit the top part hinges on. Presscall and chance of some more pics of the one on the lefts gallery please i think im going to have to form one out of 10mm ali plate :-(

    Made some more progress trying to source a new gallery for this one. found one in the USA i think will fit can you guys look at pics and give me your honest opions please. mine is its a tiny bit narrow but i can easly cut and weld as i have mig,tig,stick, and oxy accet in the workshop ;-)

    He has been doing bits again but with a couple of projects on the go and swapping schools its hard going. been very cold in the workshop too. i still need to locate the broken part or fabricate one for him
