This is a VOLCAN K18 stove. A double burner kerosene stove made in Badalona (close to Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain) by Padros & Soler, Ltda. A heavy cast iron and emailled frame. With 1.5 litters fuel tank.

Some variations of this stove are:
VOLCAN k17: one burner, kerosene, with 1l tank
VOLCAN K18: Two burners, kerosene, with 1.5l tank
VOLCAN K19: Two burners, kerosene, without tank (external tank)
VOLCAN J10: Two burners, gasoline, with 1.5l tank
VOLCAN J11: Two burners, gasoline, without tank (external tank)

How do you recognize kerosene versions vs gasoline ones: There are some little differences.
1.- Kerosene gasifiers are wider than gasoline ones.
2.- Kerosene burners have more holes than gasoline ones.
3.- Kerosene stoves have an extra priming cup.

When I got it, it was in a deplorable state.

Among others things, I changed the adbestos seals, and I filled a little hole in the tank with a epoxy resin drop. I know, it's a sin!!! [-o<

Very thorough and enjoyable post @pau-i-amor on a fine stove unknown to me. I appreciate how you’ve shown how gasoline and kerosene versions differ.
