Ah - 'the missing link' I've got a couple lurking around here somewhere. They work OK although the flame does tend to be concentrated in one small area of the pan so it's easy to burn stuff on - you do need to keep stirring all the time to avoid that and get your food cooked through/ warmed up all over...
