Hi all, I haven't had to ask any questions for quite a while thanks to the great information already here. But I wanted to share that I was able to find a case for storing my Optimus 111B for a good price; $15.60 shipped. What I found was the Ruggard PIB-1SG Compact Camera Insert. This is a soft case that photographers use to enclose pieces of their equipment within their larger camera bags. (Ruggard | Photo Bags & Cases, Straps & Rain Protection, Computer/Tablet Cases & Stands) The link above has the specs. Basically it is a padded bag with closed-cell foam for the sides and bottom with a draw string enclosure on the top. The inside and outside surface is nylon. The fit is almost perfect with the width of the large and smaller sizes not quite the same as for the stove. But, the total perimeter is correct so that it fits. I hope you find this useful.
