There is of course the «pug-ugly but it works» solution . Piece of sheet sheet .

 

@Dave1000car It is the burner on a South African made 2pint primus.
The pipe is standard copper plumbing waste pipe with O.D. 40mm.

Brass tube can be purchased in various diameters on Ebay.
It will be coming from China so delivery may be slow but they are still shipping around the world.

 

Mine is a small burner so I'll try sheet steal if I can't get copper

 

Maybe try a piece of car exhaust tubing.

 

Ya I have a few different options I'll get it sorted

 

Got the flame spreader sorted and pan stands and picked up an ammo case for it

 

Looking great ! How did you sort out the flame spreader ?

 

@AAC i used a piece of security fencing 1.5inch x 2 inches long and flared it on a dome

 

Good man . Looks excellent and you get the good feeling of not buying your way out of a problem.
