    Looks to be the 1st generation of the folding Sterno canned heat stoves. Made of thin stamped steel that folds flat. Very sturdy and makes excellent windscreen for alcohol burner. Daryl SoCal

    A buddy gave me a gold-toned Sterno folder. I was surprized how well the Svea military alco burner fits it.
    Raining tonight. Maybe pix tomorrow.
    Wait, it's just like your silver one but gold-toned. Great units.

    i took one like that on my first canoe trip into Canada in 1967.
    i was trying to save weight.the can never put out any real heat so
    i used it as a pot stand and burned twigs.
