Hi all. I have a gunky Svea 123 stripped down to the bare brass fount. I just finished cleaning another one up with a paste made from Bar Keeper's Friend and then Mother's Mag Polish. I had not pulled the valve from that one. It came out nice but was a lot of work. Was wondering since this one is all disassembled if there is a preferred solution I good dunk/soak the fount and windscreen in to clean them up without damage (inside fount is clean). I have used vinegar on steel founts and diluted lemon juice on brass components but not on a fount. Don't want to degrade/damage the brass with whatever I do. Thanks in advance for all of your input. - Steve
