I cannot say. Are there any marlings anywhere else on the stove? The writing on the cap means it is an alcohol stove.
This stove seems to be a hybrid. The fuel container looks like an HRZ burner adapted for the purpose. The HRZ triangle trademark is faintly visible in the center of the cap. If the cap were removed, it's likely that a Trangia-style burner with perimeter holes would be visible; however, the cap has been punctured in the center to allow fuel to flow from the container to the knob-controlled burner. Attached are photos from an HRZ thread for reference. I haven't found the burner stand's source.
@陈栢栓 I may be wrong, but I think somebody had an spirit stove with an spoiled fount and used an HRZ burner as a fount as @Laitch said. I'm not a good "conoisseur" of spirit stoves but the other parts look like some 1950's or later generic spirit stove from Center Europe. May be @gieorgijewski can ad something. IMO - HRZ "second tank" - mean "unnamed cap" - is good explanation this stove is factory design - not rare - i know a few examples HRZ spirit stove i have similar as upper - but w/o HRZ sign - seems to be war production for army
