Went for another hike with my Optimus 80, the woods behind my house in northeast Pennsylvania, great weather, low 80's. This stove boils water for two cups of tea in minutes. I wish there was something similar available to buy new, I'd love to get some liquid fuel stoves for my kids but no stand alone models like this on the market that I know of. These little guys like this get up to speed faster it seems than 8/8R's. I had a Primus 71 out over night to fix coffee this AM.

Great design the Optimus 80, with it's own colourful, fold away housing for wind protection. Nice work
