Ahoy maties - new member looking for a kero stove for my boat. I wonder if there is a chart showing the different models and sizes of, say, Optimus stoves - or any of the other stoves such as Primus etc. I intend to gimbal my stove and cook on it exclusively - on my small boat - so any suggestions as to what make/model I should be looking for would be most welcome too. Thanks. Trevor

PS - no experience with kerosene - but can no longer afford to run alcohol stove

I cannot help. I am not aware of a chart.
There are a few members here that are experienced with marine applications.

@Trev Leech An Optimus 155 kero stove with gimbal fittings and fiddle rails would be a good choice. A single burner version was made too.

A Bremer Sea Swing gimbal fitting takes kerosene camp stoves (Optimus/Primus 5) as well as the regulated alcohol stove fitted in that example.
