Today I decided to fire up the Primus 100 I bought a few days ago. e supports it was equipped with were a bit ridiculous, and as @Jeopardy noted too low in relation to the burner. I decided that I would remake them. Using a vise and a hammer, I first straightened the rods, and then bent them to the right shape quite easily. I used a vise with two 12 bolts and a tube as an arm extension.Finally, I cleaned the corrosion and placed them in the brackets. They are attached to the tank at an angle but I decided to leave them that way because my soldering skills are meager (I don't want the stove tank to suffer) Then I did an inspection of the burner and saw that there was a large burn hole under the nozzle seat.the nozzle seat.I repositioned the nozzle (which looks good after puncturing) to the Radius burner, put on the washers and screwed it to the adapter. I replaced the filler cap washer and the pump skin. I did not remove the NRV because I found that it pumps well and holds pressure. After these preparations, I flooded the tank with fuel, the spirit cup with alcohol and fired it up. At first, a green flame came out of the burner, and after a while and a little pumping, the flame turned blue and got a good power. I set the coffee and after a few minutes it was ready. Greetings
Not a fault, quite a few stoves feature an inward lean of the pot supports. Great job you made of the re-forming of the supports. Very expertly done. So you’ve replaced the burner with the hole under the jet seat with another burner?

@Knee. Well done! This method of making pot stand legs with two bolts in a vice is a very versatile method. By using different diameter bolts with different spacing you can make different radius bends in different thickness material, allowing you to make good reproduction legs for many makes of stove without any jigging.

bending the supports around two round headed bolts that are clamped in a vice is genius. Especially if you're not going in to mass production. Also, you were trying to make 3 legs from straight rod and were not worried about matching an existing pot support which makes such an easy jig really useable. I've filed that idea away for future use. Regards John
Thanks @Jeopardy . It's true,the method is very simple. You have to use quite a lot of force when tightening the jaws of the vise, or you have to file the threads on both sides of the bolt a bit flat ( more surface to squeeze) I have also applied this method to the 96. Regard s.

Following on from the 'no jig' method of making pot stand legs, some stoves require bottom ends that are formed to rest on the top rim of the stove tank. These can be formed using two bits of scrap steel (angle iron is easiest) and the vice. heat the end to orange heat with a propane torch and clamp between the two angle irons to form the kink. A couple of heatings may be necessary depending on the leg thickness, and then a final file for the inside flat. This is the bottom of a leg for a Shinabro 340.
