Orange flames with Omnilite Ti silencer

    Just thought I’d add my recent experience. Flame shot is using kerosene with 0.25 kerosene jet. Priming was with bio ethanol. I’m pretty happy with that. Tried the 0.28 from another Primus stove and burned a bit rich.
    What I did find was that after initial fiddling with the silencer and putting it back together, I had done this incorrectly. Inner cap and then the outer cap all install from the top and then the circlip around the outside holds it all together. I’d inserted the outer cap from beneath and this affected the burn with yellow flames.

    I've had a inner cap move some in transport which really affected the flame. Now I know to check the caps.
