Hi here is my Primus 234 from 1912.
It comes in a no1 compact outfit. A unusual burner and not one I have come across before. I see there are only 2 others in the reference gallery so thought I would add mine! It seems to have the original instructions with it and I also have the windshield just not in the photos. Thanks Aaron

Same silent burner unit as fitted to the Primus No.4. Nice little stove, the silent burner Lilliput 234 is far less common than the roarer 231, a great find especially in Compact Outfit form. A real treasure:thumbup:

Thank you. I will have a look at the no.4!
I’m still trying to expand my knowledge of Primus stoves I have been collecting for a few years now but mainly stay with 96’s

Fantastic score and addition to your collection, the early models were so well made, even the brass filler caps on the fuel and spirit tins were made beautifully, well done on a great addition

Hi @Aaron1980 on some of these compact outfits the restraining clip for the stove legs was on the base of the container:

These boxes, where every element has its place and every space is utilized, are an example of design mastery.
    A great acquisition.

Thank you everyone! Kerophile The tin does indeed have the clips on the base! I assumed the little square clip on the side near the top was for the pot stands? Amazing all these little things I learn every time I post a stove! 1D3A09F7-7757-41D4-BB8C-5E53CE0FA8BA.jpeg
