Here you can see the marks of the mill, my rotation table was not properly centered as you can see but the tool works well, with no excessive play. I think this design is more robust than the completely cut ones. Again, the next one will be heat threated and properly centered
Most people have trouble with the tool rising up and damaging the NRV. That makes it very difficult to remove. Centering is also a problem. The best way is to have it soaking for dats in penetrating oil. Then clamping the tool in a vice, and holding the tank assembly in your hands to feel it better. Careful not to break the solder holding the tube to the tank.
I just never changed the gasket. the OG is still in there! I did look around for a better tool but they all are homemade and no one sells one on a regular basis. Although everyone recommend one that locks down
