    A couple other options...

You can convert the Globetrotter to handle the larger 200g piercable cartridges. All you need is the longer bail wires to hold the cartridge(or make some up), or you can just swap a cheap (a couple $ on ebay) bottom assembly from a "parts donor" 200g stove.

Naturally the added size prevents storage of the fueled stove in the cookset and it kind of violates the idea of what the Globetrotter is for. But at least the 200g cartridges are relatively abundant.

Alternatively you can swap the burner assembly of the Globetrotter into the more modern screw on cartridge type Camping Gaz stoves like the 270 and 470 types. This really violates the concept of Globetrotter, and doesn't quite look right but at least for now, this means endless supplies of cartridges.

Just a couple ideas that I have tried, and do work.

I have ordered one of those stand and adaptors and since it also allows me to use butane cans for my MSR that's a nice bonus.

To update, I got the kit and fitted my stove for it. As so as I expend what's left in the tank, I can start recharging. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Anyone here know what size screw the GT 106 uses to fasten the burner to the pot stand? I've tried M4s, and they're not fitting...
