Re Post 1872: The kovara would normally use one of those long butane canisters for portable gas rings. The stove is all over Aliexpress.
Goes under the Lixada name. I see they are offering the stove with a hose and connection to the butane can or a screw-on EN417 canister.

Here are a couple shots of my latest Primus Aquisition. I did not realize they got this hot. Although after I cleaned it - I had used White gas as I did not have kerosene on hand. I had to unscrew pressure slowly as it kept pressurizing and became a real roarer. Maybe that was why.

@Jeffrey Walker These stoves are designed to be run on kerosene only, it is incredibly dangerous to use white gas. The vapour when venting is highly inflammable and could cause a small fireball, and failure of the non-return valve could have disatrous consequences. What you experienced is the fuel pressurising, again this could reach dangerous levels and cause failure of the tank or components. Stoves designed to burn white gas are an entirely different design, and strength, for safety.

Get it cooking on kerosene, it smells much nicer too! 8]

Thanks man. The one on the left is a Primus , and the right one is an Optimus. The Primus runs a little better. The Optimus probably needs taken apart and cleaned up a bit. Hard to complain for $33, haha.
