Hello, I am having a fuel leakage problem with my Primus Omnilite TI.

Before priming, I make sure that I have closed the spindle and pump valve.
    Pressurize the bottle, no problem.
Open the pump valve, now the fuel is leaking out of the jet nipple while the spindle is still closed.

This led to all sorts of problems during priming, liquid fuel shooting out, huge tall priming flame...etc

I have tried to clean the stove many times (spindle, jet nipple...etc) but I am still getting this problem. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

Sounds like either the tip of your spindle is damaged or there is something keeping it from fully seating when closed.

    Hi

Is the stove new? I ask because I had similar issues with mine from new. Jets kept clogging as well. Thoroughly cleaned the spindle several times with toothbrush and also brass wire brush. Also cleaned the seat area with pipe cleaner and small diameter brass round wire brush. Seems to be ok since then. I’ve tried running gas cartridges through to see if it’s gas tight and seems to be . There’s another thread on here about issues with manufacturing debris in the burner assembly causing clogging. Hope you can get it sorted
