Stove Identification

I am unable to locate a number so wondering what age this one is ? I am unsure if I should clean it?

 

@TraceyjD turn your stove over and look at the bottom there should be a circle with a combination of letters and numbers inside the circle use the Primus dating chart to establish the date.
Is there no number inscribed on the top of the tank such as No.5 ?

No circle etc means post 1964

It looks quite 1950's-ish so it would be likely to have a centered circle underside with a 2-letter year code, first letter A and an additional non year-code that can be a small letter or 1-2 digit - or the 6 digit code on the riser tube between tank and burner.

AU=1955

AR=1952

 

With a closer look I found it ! Thank you so much

 

I also have a number on the top 1239 or 1259

 

It was made in 1953 - the number on top seem to be located within a marking I don't recognise, it may be related to the import/customs handling at the time.

Are you able to photograph the “1239” and its surrounding markings?
