This first appears in the 1899 Manual for the Royal Army Medical Corps.
The last occasion appears to be the 1934 Royal Army Medical Corps Training manual.
Whilst it's called a portable stove, it's probably best to call it a kitchen, or cooker - but the Army chose stove.

This stove is for use in medical units in the field. It consists of two ovens, two boilers with lids, four baking dishes, one grate and two shelves. It all packs down into the largest oven.

I wondered if anyone's seen or has any photos of it, in use and packed away.

    Thanks
