MSR Dragonfly - How to - Insert tiny plug Filter on Hose

I have heard people on the forum say...don't bother with this filter.

I damaged my other one but still had it in there so decided to replace it with a new one from the kit.

I don't think I can get it in without breaking it?

Any thoughts on this?

 

Push it in, don't worry.
