I used a mini hole punch to make the air intake holes all around the windscreen. The titanium sheet is 16cm long and 5.5cm wide.

Titanium, now that is a good idea. Lightweight and non-corrosive. Nicely done.

A forner site member, Angry Daddy Bird, made me a Flame Spreader for the Svea 123 out of Titanium. [Also fits 8R, 99.] It turns some interesting colors at high temperatures.
