    J’aime le tartiflette.

The first time my eldest (now 15 and as tall as I am) put two words together was after tartiflette.

Garden zucchini lasagna made on 413D and oven. Roasted up the squash in oven. Added some jarred sauce to some pork sausage with peppers and onions then layered with cheese in a pan that will fit in oven. 93F 34C out back in SoCal is nothing new for mid July but not having to clean stove inside is well worth it. Sunflowers are loving the heat the rest of garden is suffering.

Breakfast at local Cars & Coffee, thanks 502, and lunch was leftover restaurant rice made into a breakfast scramble on Coleman Solus USA.

Time to get your chef hats on. Baked up some stuffed poblano peppers on 426A with home made sauce. Onions and carrots were for the hamburger filling.

Have use Coleman oven to bake several sourdough breads lately. have doubled up on CI skillets to keep bottom from burning. The two pan method helps a lot.

Garlic shrimp and parmesan cheese potatoes are always better at beach but not bad cooked in backyard ether. Really can't beat shrimp over coals though.

    Nice.
Is size deceiving me an CI pans fit in the oven?
    Well done on the bread.
