Primus No. 145, kitchen range

Identify please.

 

The name of the burner is also the model for the entire range.
This is a Primus No. 145. A household range for the kitchen.
The burner goes in a fixture at the left side of the range.

It's now moved from Mystery stoves to Primus, and in here you can see other of this kind to compare with.
