    Hello everyone,

I have recently begun a restoration of a Phoebus no.2. The pump shaft is jammed in the fully closed position and does not move back even when pulled with force. Additionally, it prevents the pump cap from being removed despite being unscrewed. I'm unsure if anyone has encountered this issue before and what the solution was. Note that the knob and the shaft turn let and right normally when rotating.

    Appreciate any suggestions.

    Thank you,
    Migwar

Try boiling the whole stove in water for a 15 minutes and see if that loosens things up.
