    I cant interprete first row but the rest is:

    M. BADE i Ko(i Ko = &Co)
    AGENT
    S-PETERBURG

    So this plate was applied by the company that imported the stove to Russia - this was common practise in most countries pre-WW1.

    in that case - it was made by maker - for reseller
    mean - for Russia market examples was marked by SVENSON realise Hjorth order. for Bade distribution
