So the nameplate does not belong on the stove ?

 

i.e.
Primus resaled by Mrs. Bade

 

I cant interprete first row but the rest is:

M. BADE i Ko(i Ko = &Co)
AGENT
S-PETERBURG

So this plate was applied by the company that imported the stove to Russia - this was common practise in most countries pre-WW1.

 

in that case - it was made by maker - for reseller
mean - for Russia market examples was marked by SVENSON realise Hjorth order. for Bade distribution

 

@Firedevil The tank seems to show some similarities with this French oddity - 'Manufacture Francaise d'Armes et Cycles de Saint-Étienne', 2 pint stove, pre-WW1 | Classic Camp Stoves
Unfortunately 'Manufacture Francaise' was primarily a mail order catalogue business which out-sourced production. So no certainty regarding who actually made it other than it would have been somewhere in France.
