    New to me and NIB Sigg kit will add to gallery. Many know how complete a cooking system a Sigg Tourist kit with Svea is and with Peak 1 you get the same great system. Stove with windscreen can hold any pans/pots if not fond of alloy. Have first hand knowledge of how good this system works.

    @Daryl,

    This was our most used setup for many years. In all weathers, and seasons, it served us wonderfully! We have this kit in aluminum, and stainless steel. We much prefer the aluminum, fyi.

    Thanks, very much, for the great photos of what, to us, and one of the "must have" kits for camping, and yes, even backpacking! We carried this kit, along with the companion lantern, on our first trip to the High Sierra! I think our highest elevation was 11,000 feet, and the stove with Sigg kit performed perfectly! We later went with the lighter Coleman 550A and B, and it, too, worked very well, indeed! Thanks, again, and God Bless!

    Great setup. Those little Coleman’s will be dug up 200 years from now.
    Cleaned up and fired right up.

    And it comes with an extra generator. I wonder if the price today for that generator equals the retail price for the whole set in 1983?

    @Daryl, Is $26.95 the original REI price?
    And $7.50 for the Generator for the same buy? OK, So the original buyer had the sagacity to get a spare before they became rare. It looked like it was all one package deal.
    What does that Generator go for at OCP now?

    @SveaSizzler Looks to be original prices from? The seller I got this from also had an NIB 425 stove with extra gen, funnel and propane adapter. The lantern on table with extras was from same yard sale too. Seems original owner got all three items with extras but for some reason never used them. Not sure what new generator go for, $90-100 seem to come to mind. Can get the whole stove for less. Paid $60 for gen and Sigg could have gotten all three for $100

    I got an unfired 533 off Craigslist, year or so ago, for $50. If I had a Sigg/Coleman adapter I could rock and roll. Does the one adapter work with all single burner Colemans?
    I have the Svea 123 aluminum Sigg set. And an extra ziggurat fry pan.

    My Stansport Coleman suitcase 2 burner adapter got some odd plastic melted onto the tip, and I can't seem to clear it. A new one is $27 from A-zone.

    The adapter you refer to is a Peak 1 windscreen that was a option you could buy separately back then. Fits all Colemans stoves with this X grate.
