My idea. To be able to aim the center of the cap burner and get the best flame bending the needle accordingly.
I know its not pratical due to be easy to be damage but as a toy to play with, I loved.

 

Hi Rangie . Its carbon from a early atempt to fire it. It is cleaning by itself.
