    Hi!

    I have a couple of Cobra burner heads in great condition. I'm hoping to make some Frankensteins out of them, get them working.

    Does anybody here know what sort of attachment is present here? If there are any sorts of commercially available coupling i could mount here?

    Thank you very much for your valued time.

    i may be wrong...but those look like Optimus 111 C burner heads. They connect to a standard tank, but the box they go in is unique to them having a sort of shelf and have a unique wind break

    Yes, these heads have been used in the 111C, 11 Explorer as well, although modified.

    I was wondering if the coupling is a standart industry part or an Optimus only thing.

    As far as I know they're threaded to fit Optimus 111 tanks (steel or brass)

    @HunterStovie , That is the Cobra in the format of a late replacement for the 111T burner, also known as a type CNA.

    The generic "C" in its 111 Hiker configuration can be seen HERE

    @Asbjoern Haugen , @Rangie

    I have but a single 111C that I got from a member here. It's my only silent 111. I'm guessing the CNA performs better on Kerosene than the previous version?
