Optimus 96 tank soldering

I am a moron.

Long story short, my Optimus 96 caught fire, alot, and by the time I had the flames out, the solder around the edge of the reservoir had failed for about 1/3 of the circumference.

Please can somebody recommend somewhere that can safely repair it?

I am willing to have a go, but no keen on the outcome if the repair fails, under pressure, whilst ignited.
