I've had this stove for about 10 years. Bought it used and it worked great. Haven't used it since. It's been stored, clean and dry ever since.
Today after prepping it... (oiled the pump gasket, cleaning everything again, using fresh Coleman fuel)... it pumped up fine... (after a new fill cap). The tank holds pressure... the start/run valve "seems" to work properly.
When it does fire up, it doesn't run well and produces HIGH yellow flames, even after heating up the generator ... with it dripping fuel out of the manifold.
I took it apart... cleaned it again but it wasn't in need of cleaning. When I went into it further, I removed the manifold assembly...quite a bit of fuel spilled out of the manifold? It was clear tho.
What can I be doing wrong? Thanks.

    1) runa brush or a wire through the manifold to make sure there are no spider webs
    2) make sure the nozzle is tight on the generator.
Those are the first things I check on mine.. good luck

    Remove tank and generator.
    Pressurize

    In a safe place...
    Open valve
    Rotate start/run lever.
    Does it spray/stream?

Did you remove generator tip when pre prepping? Some 413/426 generators had a small cone shaped jet inside generator tip. Not all but some did and without paying close attention it can drop out and not be noticed. Try pressurizing tank a point in safe direction outside and open fuel valve. Should see the finest stream of fuel not like a squirt gun. This small jet is not mentioned much and unknown to some.

If you had genny apart, that little tip thing, like Daryl mentioned, often wanders away, resulting in a huge issue. Let us know
