Great little picnic stove and burns with a very hot flame at full on.

    TIA

Nice one! What is the connector at the top of the tank like? Would you be able to post a photo?

Looks to me like a lindal valve type.

Here come more pics. I refilled the canister with a lighter butane can.

I stand corrected, its not a lindal valve but clip type on the inner collar of a butane tank available at the Asian stores. I still do not know who makes those stoves but come in handy.

The more gas the more the flame leaves the burner in an anticlockwise spiral. It is a very powerfull burner that boiled 500ml of water starting at 11 degrees celcius in 3min 12sec. I was impressed. The burner is an integral part of the stove and would have been an effective means of producing a cheap, affordable stove for the masses. Can't understand why I haven't seen this before.

I replaced the original fabric coated rubber hose which had deteriorated with the brown silicone one which is heat rated to 200 degrees celcius. Would love to find some metal braid to cover the hose but it is only sold in long lengths and none seems to be available for the 6.5mm dia. hose

    Hi all,
Just found one of these beauties at the op shop! Unfortunately it did not come with the hose attachment. I am new to camp stoves so if anyone could suggest a suitable replacement hose that would be much appreciated.
