    @Pharael Excellent addition to the reference gallery, i highly regard Radius products in fact one of my favourite manufactures and in this particular stove is my favourite over the 111 8r etc

    The Radius brand just oozes quality.

    The 43E is a powerhouse of a stove with an outstanding simmering capability.

    Why is the clip for the case set to one side rather than centred?

    If a straight line is drawn from the clip on the case lid to where the clip locates when the lid is closed, you will notice this line runs directly through the offset open sections of both parts of the case, through which the fuel supply pipe runs.

    When the case is opened and closed, the main longitudinal axis of movement of the stove is along this line - and so in IMO, clip placement was designed to ensure the applied opening force of the lid directly followed this axis to help ensure a smooth movement transition of the stove into its operational position.
