I've done an overhaul on my omnilite stove and omnifuel pump. Here is the complete list of replacement o-rings that I used, and a few pictures. The stock primus ones are slightly different, for example cross-section of 1.6mm instead of 1.5mm. However, all seem to be working fine. I used all FKM o-rings from "Ningbo Ouling Seal Co" on aliexpress. Hopefully they hold up, I didn't find a reasonable priced domestic option. All dimensions are [outer diameter] x [cross section] * omnifuel pump - [X] 33x3.5 pump top to bottle - [X] 13.5x1.5 pump tube bottom to red nrv housing. Use screw driver to twist the red plastic part while pulling off. - [X] 5x1.5 on brass NRV - [X] 16x1 metal pump shaft to black plastic pump head body. see Primus Ergo Pump Leak Fix Info - [X] 8.5x1.5 black knurled knob that threads stove into pump head, this one https://classiccampstoves.com/attac...tion_valve_for_73223031_primus_22-jpg.259978/ * stove - [X] 11x2.5 hose t-connection to pump body connector - [X] 6x1.5 spindle valve, fuel line end, and t-connector knob tip - [X] 8x2 fuel line stopper o-ring (prevents fuel line from pulling out connector), see Primus Omnifuel - Lightning does strike twice Hope it can help someone, cheers.
Nice but o ring diameter would be more helpfull if they measured inner and cross section not outer. Most supplies list as inner measurements.
i came back here a few times - I do a lot of bikepacking and was thinking to sell kits as Primus does not - any other stoves for this?
More than a year later, thank you for all those great and precise infos. I am looking to replace orings on my omnifuel stove spindle and Primus doesn't share the size of it. They want you to buy the service kit that includes only one oring! I did try a NBR oring 6.46-1.78 which is a tiny too thick. So i feel your measurement 6-1.5 must be the right one. As well, how do i replace the fuel line stopper oring you mention on the pics? It seems the kind of piece you can't fix... Would love to repair it.
Check out the thread linked in the first post, it shows where you need to cut to be able to separate the fuel line: Primus Omnifuel - Lightning does strike twice
Can also report that the FKM o-rings from "Ningbo Ouling Seal Co" on aliexpress are still holding well after almost 2 years.
