thank you for posting. i dont have definitive answer just yet.
a bit of a mix (still great!!) filler cap & control knob maybe earlier (pre-67) versus the rest (80s)?
"111T", in-general, is well known, well used term
w/o a deep dive to clarify (again), i take the T to stand for triple fuel.
It is 1983/84 when Optimus actual name includes "T, Triple", that is:
"111 Hiker Triple Fuel" (versions before that & after that, members might also refer to as 111T )

Leads to question (thank you for pic of label but i cant read it), does your label say...
... " Optimus, For kero- sene, 111 " ?
or
... " Optimus, For Kerosene White Gasoline Alcohol, 111 " ? [the "triple" fuel]
or
... ? "_____ ?

btw for info better identifying this example one can refer to pg 4 of OK, all you Optimus No.111 fans

Well, it does look like a frankenstein stove… the stamp says kerosene, white gasoline and i think alcohol too but its too faded in the picture. I dont have it with me, I think of getting it.
Might have been a military used one that has been moved so much it got replaced and mixed with various parts. I truly dont know…
