Thanks to Albert for a flame ring he just happened to have.

I've just put the finishing touches to my new 210 this arvo.Fired it up just after dinner,man she roars!
After much cleaning and polishing here she is...

You done a great job with that. When you get here I will give you some brasso and rag whith my 210.
I can see some stamping on the closest leg. is this the date stamp.

Yep thats the date stamp alright
Made on the 20th day 39 th month 1957
That was a long year that year. It was when they brought day light saving in I think.

 

Hummmm, why am i thinking it was made on stardate 203.9.57 8)
