After being here at CCS for a tad and reading a bunch,....it's obvious the Euro-stoves dominate the classics. What are the stoves considered to be the American and/or Canadian classics? I'll take the obvious one:

    1. Coleman Solus
    2. ?
    3. ?
    4. ?
    5. ?
    6. ?

    Etc.

I think you must add the Cole 502 to that list as well as the Canadian Coleman 505b one of the meanest little packstoves I've ever seen ( this thing rocks)

I will thank you, Henry, on behalf of all gun lovers, gun nuts, and gun hoarders of this forum.
And I am sure they all feel home sweet home, with the sweet smell of cosmoline and Hoppe's No. 9 in the air--and of course, the kero vapors, too.

Para Ordnance made in Canada. ;)

although not exactly a stove, how about a can full of buffalo chips? was a source of fuel for thousands of prairie settlers... thats pre-classic stove apparatus.

"Optimus Prime" is the brainchild of an American cartoonist! although not a stove, "Transformers" were a popular toy when I was a young lad: Wonder where the name "Optimus Prime" originated?
