Hi, here are some photos of my latest acquisition, a Shinabro 680R. camp stove. The collapsible, 1.5 pint kerosene stove is contained in aluminium pots within a zipped canvas case: This is a super, well-made stove, with some nice design features. Yet another very interesting stove, George. A very nice 'discus' that will have Nick drooling! I like the way that the legs lock into position. It is also the first time I have seen (or noticed) the large recess for the pump tube. I also like the case it comes in. It is also great to see a 'cherry-red' and am sure it passed the tea test with flying colours!
I was going to bid on that myself but I'm saving for a trailer tent amongst other things. My first paraffin stove was a Shinabro, the roarer type, I did bid on Brians silent one till the price whent through the roof. Still with the car boot season just around the corner who knows what will turn up? Si

Very nice stove! I saw that one hidden away, not very well described, on a certain auction site and left a snipe on it hoping for a bargain, and to find out what it really was. However I was also after one of Mr Miller's stoves at the same time for which I was bidding rather more coin hence I lost out to the person who wanted the Shinabro more than me! Well done Kerophile. It's good to know it's in safe hands
