Primus 2051

    This stove is running with propane. The bottles are stamped with 1964.The case itself is not stamped. The stove is working great only the hose is a little bit rotten.

    Suggest you replace the hose before further use.

    Yes Ron I think so, i´m going to replace it with a metalbelted (?) hose. But first I have to find out how the jet and the valve are attached to the hose.

    Nice looking little stove.

    It looks like the pressure is regulated at the bottle. If so, the actual pressure in the hose during use is only slightly above atmospheric. So I'd inspect the hose for cracks and leaks, but it does not need to hold a lot of pressure.

    No the Stove can´t be regulate only on off so the hose got the full presure. if i turn on the valve the hose is windind like a snake, so i think it is better to replace it!

    Having a tidy and clear out a couple of nights ago, and I forgot I had this rust bucket.
    The flame can be regulated by the control valve.
    It has a separate outer burner hood
