I have shown this Primus 210 before, but have since cleaned it a little and got it working better. It is date-coded. "V" 1931. It belonged to my wife's father. The clamp, I believe was for carrying the stove on the frame of a bicycle. This would fit well, as her dad had a tandem. The clamp is stamped "Beacon 764" and is about 1" internal diameter. Does anyone know if this was a recognised optional extra for Primus, or is it an inventive one-off? All best wishes - Steve.
Hi Shedman Thats really a neat piece of work & a super flame shot to boot !!!! The clamp idea is very smart way to carry the stove on a bike ,no fuel leaking into your food or smalls + heated handlebars as well . keep on fettling ,regards Stu.
