date stamp ax fz

    Hello all


    i have a primus 71 with a date stamp on the base consisting of a circle with four letters in it as so
    AX
    Fz

    I cant find it on the dating chart

    can any one help

    Hi, I believe that the Site owner, Ross, has or had a Primus No.71 with exactly the date coding ....I wonder what the marking means?

    You may also have the date on the side wall of the lid.
    AX is 1957.
