It is British Army stove. As for the tank and the burner, 111 stoves of Optimus are used. It is very steady and very heavy. The size of the stove is also a little larger than 111. What a unique stove, a 111T in an army tank! I love it, kind of a classic version of the modern Nomad with the Hiker+ DNA. Great looking stove and I bet it works a treat in windy conditions, love the support legs. Thanks for sharing. Take care

Definitely looks like a 111 stove. And the case looks a bit like a butchered case from a British Army No. 2 stove. Perhaps someone tried to get into business with a bunch of military surplus? the label/instructions certainly look fairly cheap/low quality.

hi Motoshi the firm is a military/defence contractor to European and middle east forces (that explains the Arabic writing on yours) according to their website,i don't know if they sell to the public but i will email them and find out,i quite fancy the new one as it would fit with my other nova burner stoves,their head office is still in Surrey so it looks as if production was relocated down here,at one time firms where being given incentives/bribes to move to the south west as we are classed as an area of low income with minimal industry, i don't know if it's still the case but Cornwall at one time was receiving money from the eu/eec as a deprived area (economically only) beautiful countryside but poverty line wages
hi bom bom very Nomad 8) i can feel a drive to Exeter coming on,i bet if i turn up on the door step with a wad of cash then they will sell to the public, if not i may try hanging around outside and have a word with the employee's as there is always the back-door might be easier if i was after a few anyone else intrested ?
Not sure I'd try the back door method if their primary business is as a defence contractor - likely to end up on an MI5 black list or worse. If you're asking, I wouldn't mind finding the price for one of the 111's they show on the site. Not interested in the one in this thread though - for some reason it doesn't do it for me. What "it" actually is I've still yet to define after all these years

I contacted the company and they sell them to the public for £385 ($675)!!! My Nomad now seems to be an absolute bargain.
Yep that's the sort of price you'd only pay as a tax-payer! Then whichever governments finished with it they'll sell it back to the people for what it's really worth.
